WWI Britain

Britain went to war on August 4th, 1914. What is known as World War I, or the Great War, was truly a global conflict. As Canada was part of the British Empire at that time, we also became involved because of our relationship. Moreover, Canada's forces initially worked under the British forces before finally negotiating to work as a distinct Canadian unit on the side of the Empire.

Here are titles about World War I from a British perspective.
